At Sekko Wellness LLC, we stand behind the quality of our wellness tonics. If your order arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below.
1. Shipping & Damaged Orders
Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with, please contact Sekko Wellness immediately at contact@sekkowellness.com.
Resolution: For damaged goods, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a credit. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged packaging/product in your email so we can resolve the issue quickly.
2. Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the safety seal intact.
Opened Products: Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we generally cannot accept returns on opened bottles for safety reasons. However, your satisfaction is our priority—if you have concerns about a product you have already opened, please contact us to discuss a solution.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue:
Contact Sekko: Email contact@sekkowellness.com with your order number.
Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or there was an error on our part.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
