This Refund Policy governs all purchases made from Saint Fiacre LLC, a Texas-based business operating within the United States (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website or purchasing any product from the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety.

The Company offers a thirty (30) day refund window from the date of delivery for eligible purchases. To qualify for a refund, a request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery as indicated by carrier tracking information. Refund requests submitted after the thirty-day period will not be approved under any circumstances. All refund approvals are issued at the sole discretion of the Company and are subject to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, opened, partially used, tampered with, or missing products are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original, unopened, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, seals, labels, and inserts. The Company reserves the right to deny any refund request if returned products do not meet these conditions or show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product only. Shipping costs, handling fees, taxes, customs fees, and any other associated charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and the Company is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. It is recommended that returns be shipped using a trackable method. Products returned without prior authorization or sent to an incorrect address may be rejected and not returned to the customer.

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to promotional items, discounted or clearance products, bundle offers, subscription renewals, digital products, free gifts, and any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Subscription orders canceled after shipment are not eligible for refunds.

Refund requests must be initiated by contacting the Company at contact@saintfiacre.com and providing the order number, reason for the request, and any required documentation. The Company may require additional information or verification before approving a refund. Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund unless all conditions of this Policy are fully satisfied.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period, typically seven to ten (7–10) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. The Company does not control external processing delays and is not responsible for such delays.

Refund abuse, excessive refund requests, chargeback attempts, or suspected fraudulent activity may result in denial of refunds, cancellation of pending orders, permanent account suspension, or restriction from future purchases. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes initiated without first contacting the Company may be contested and may result in the customer being permanently banned from purchasing from the Company.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to Company error, you must notify the Company within seven (7) days of delivery with photographic evidence. The Company will, at its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Failure to report issues within this timeframe waives any claim related to damaged or incorrect items.

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the website, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
